Typical applications are the attachment of exterior parts such as bumpers, moldings, etc. 4225 has very good adhesion to a variety of automotive surfaces, good internal strength, excellent long-term stability, and very good conformability to the surfaces to be bonded. The unique viscoelastic properties of 4225 provide excellent stress relief in the bonded joint, resulting in extremely durable bonds.
