3M (TM) Cushion-Mount (TM) Plus plate mounting tapes are specially designed for flexographic printing. Cushion-Mount Plus are double-sided plate mounting tapes with an elastic foam backing, coated on both sides with acrylic adhesive. Excellent compressibility and optimum resilience of the foam ensure consistently high print quality. High-quality foamed plate mounting tape of medium hardness for print motifs with an approximately equal proportion of solids and halftones. These tapes have been specially developed for the highest demands and are suitable for the finest screen rulings and new repro techniques such as NX, HD and MC and are already being used successfully worldwide.
