3M (TM) Polyester Insulating Tape 75 is a double-sided polyester insulating tape designed for applications requiring a positive insulation barrier. The 3M (TM) Polyester Film 75 is a double-sided adhesive insulating tape that is characterized by the fact that it is particularly thin and elastic. While the thermosetting rubber adhesive is particularly resistant to flagging and has a high adhesive strength, the backing has a very high tear resistance. The 0.10 millimeter thin adhesive tape can withstand a breakdown voltage of 6,500 volts and, with a temperature resistance of up to 130 °C, belongs to insulation class B. The transparent polyester film is ideal for interlayer insulation where good adhesion is required on both sides.
