Application
For precise calculation of the positions of the machine axes of the 5-axis machining centre. To facilitate the highest level of precision sustainably and to identify and eliminate potential errors in the machine co-ordinates following collision or any other errors. With this set, you can check the status (machine geometries of the axes), document the details and perform calibration yourself as necessary.
Advantage
- Highly stable solid carbide reference measuring ball, diameter 25 mm => withstands the high contact pressure of the measuring probe.
- Measuring and shape tolerance according to DIN 5401 GRADE 10 (0.001 mm).
- Head piece can be turned.
- Reference ball to be attached below 0°, 30° and 45°.
- New control system (e.g. Siemens 840D sl from measuring cycles WAF 7.5 or Heidenhain ITNC530 from software 340 49x-04).
