Application
Drive-through scales for rapid weighing of e.g. cage trolleys, laundry trolleys, shelf trolleys, container trolleys, magazine trolleys,
transport carts, transport cases, pallet trucks, roller containers, waste bins etc. Low platform height and integrated loading ramps on both sides facilitate access. This means that no pit frame installation is necessary, saving money
Execution
- Weighing bridge: Steel, powder-coated, four silicone-coated aluminium load cells, dust- and splash-proof to IP67.
- KERN Communication Protocol (KCP): The KCP allows for searching and remote control of the scale via external control units or computers
- The display device is connected to the weighing bridge via a 5 m cable
- Scales with calibration approval, an initial calibration is available at an additional cost; for applications requiring calibration, please order the calibration together with the scales, initial calibration at a later date will not be possible. For the calibration we require the full address of the installation site
Advantage
- The NFN drive-through scales can be integrated into the KERN Easy Touch system upon request.
- The NFN drive-through scales can be expanded with various accessories: Stand, base plates, internal rechargeable battery, Bluetooth interface, analogue module, signal lamp, large display. ATTENTION: Some accessories are not retrofittable and certain accessories are mutually exclusive. If you are interested, please ask us for more information.
