Application
The humidity detector is a mobile measuring instrument for measuring water activity in samples. The water activity indicates the amount of water that is biologically available to bacteria, mould or similar microorganisms. The humidity detector can be used in the food industry, when testing water activity in laboratories, in seed storage and other areas.
