Application
Suitable for use in a range of applications, e.g. as laboratory scales, counting scales or checkweighing scales.
Execution
- Internal adjustment using the rotary knob on the side ensures a high degree of accuracy and means the scales can be used in any location. Scales can be adjusted in rechargeable battery operation without the need for mains connection.
- With alibi memory for paperless archiving of weighing results. This also means that the results of weighings requiring calibration can be electronically evaluated and processed further
- Ideal for connection to laboratory information systems (LIMS)
- GLP/ISO logging of weighing data, scales adjustment etc. with date, time and identification number
- Integrated KERN Universal Port (KUP): Connection of external KUP interface adapters, such as RS-232, USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or Ethernet. (Adapter not included in scope of delivery.) This means that interfaces may easily be retrofitted without the need to open the scale housing and without complicated installation
- KERN Communication Protocol (KCP): The KCP allows for placing queries and remote control of the scales via external control units or computers
- Menu with a range of customisable settings. For example, it is possible to set button tones, assign various functions to a single button for quick access and adjust the print protocol as required
- Menu lock prevents unauthorised access
- With underfloor weighing device
Advantage
- Scales in the PCJ model series can be integrated into the KERN EasyTouch system.
- Operation via batteries (4x 1.5 V AA) or rechargeable batteries (type YKR-01, no. 44629280) possible. Batteries and rechargeable battery must be ordered separately.
Notes
Version suitable for calibration: For applications requiring calibration, please order the calibration together with the scales, initial calibration at a later date will not be possible. For the calibration, we require the complete address of the installation site.
