Application
These robust, low-wear and low-maintenance pumps with an operating vacuum of up to 50 mbar do not require any additional liquid separators.
Execution
- When the pump is switched on, the water inside the pump is pumped into a ring shape by the high-speed impeller (see Fig. left), which seals the non-contact impeller
- An upstream washable polyester filter as well as a patented condenser clean the intake air before it enters the pump. The separated coolant is fed into the service fluid circuit of the pump; a valve permits the removal and recirculation of excess liquid to the machine tool during operation. Air cooling protects the assembly against overheating
