Application
TOOLREX TOOLCOOL X 1500 is a universal, water-miscible cooling lubricant that contains mineral oils and is free of boron, DCHA and formaldehyde. In conventional cooling lubricant concepts, each additive has its own function. In our new polymer technology, the additives work together as a team.

- Fulfils the requirements of TRGS 611
- Emulsion water hazard class (German): WGK1
- pH value at 5 % concentration: 9.0
- Refractometer value: 2
- Concentration for general machining: 6-8 %
- Concentration for grinding: 6 %
