The Starlock AII 65 BSPB plunge-cut saw blade has a long service life for wide cuts in hardwood. The robust bi-metal combination of HCS steel (high carbon steel) blade and HSS steel (high speed steel) teeth is resistant to wear and heat. The Japanese arrangement of the sharply ground teeth on the edge of the blade is ideal for hardwood. This three-dimensional tooth arrangement minimizes heat generation during sawing, prevents overheating and increases service life. The rounded blade tip (Curved-Tec) minimizes tooth breakage and thus increases the durability of the product. It is used for plunge sawing in laminated panels or hardwood, sawing recesses in furniture components and cutting wooden components to flush length. The Starlock mounting system allows the blade to be changed quickly in three seconds without touching the blade.
