The Starlock AIZ 32 BSPB plunge-cut saw blade has a long service life when working with hardwood. The bi-metal combination of HCS (high carbon steel) blade and HSS (high speed steel) teeth is wear and heat resistant. The three-dimensional Japanese arrangement of the sharply ground teeth on the blade edge is ideal for hardwood. This tooth arrangement minimizes heat generation during sawing, prevents overheating and increases service life. The rounded blade tip (Curved-Tec) prevents tooth breakage and thus increases durability. This product is used for plunge sawing in laminated panels or hardwood, sawing cut-outs in furniture components and flush cutting wooden components to length. The Starlock mounting system enables a quick blade change without blade contact in three seconds. The mounting system enables maximum power transmission between machine and accessory thanks to its three-dimensional tight fit.
