The Starlock ACZ 100 BB blade enables wide and deep flush cuts in wood, metal and plastic. The particularly large blade diameter of 100 mm enables wide cuts in door frames and smaller profiles as well as long cuts in the floor. The teeth, manufactured using Bosch's circular welding technology, produce wide cuts without jamming or heat discoloration. With this exclusive technology, a wider strip of HSS steel (high performance steel) is welded onto a narrower base body of HCS steel (carbon steel). The result is free-standing, hard teeth. When cutting unhardened metal and abrasive material, the bi-metal compound of HCS (high carbon steel) blade and HSS (high speed steel) teeth is resistant to wear and heat and gives the blade a long service life. The saw blade tips can also be used to reach corners that are difficult to access. The Starlock mounting system enables the blade to be changed quickly in three seconds without touching the blade.
