The T 1018 AFP Precision for Metal Sandwich jigsaw blade is break-resistant for precise, clean straight cutting in metal. The increased thickness of the blade prevents bending and enables precise, angled cuts, while the milled, wavy teeth are designed for cutting metal sandwich panels. The hardened HSS (high speed steel) and BIM (bi-metal) tooth strip is reinforced with highly elastic carbon steel, reducing the risk of breakage and providing both sufficient strength and the flexibility required to cut metal sandwich panels. The blade is equipped with a very fine tooth pitch (1.1 mm) and a particularly long length (250 mm) to cut sandwich materials (up to 160 mm thick).
