Application

Our mixing and dosing systems offer many advantages in daily work. Mobility and a modern control system greatly simplify the mixing and refilling of cooling lubricants. Maximum precision when mixing significantly increases the quality and service life of the machine cooling lubricant, resulting in cost and time savings in production.

Beyond the performance of the eco model, our pro model offers the possibility to document all process data of the refilling.

Execution

• Electronic control system with digital setting of the concentration. Quantity preselection and display of the filled quantity. Permanent adjustment of the dosing process possible.
• Digital setting of the concentration, continuously adjustable from 1 % to 9.9 % (series). Precise presetting of the output quantity is possible.
• Automatic tap valve with Venturi shut-off
• Water supply via 200 l PE water drum
• Concentrate supply via 60 l HDPE drum
• Output power approx. 15 l/min.
• Output quantity per battery charge approx. 400 l
• Rechargeable battery (gel) 12 V/20 Ah
• Stainless steel/steel housing

Advantage

• The models of the pro series additionally offer the possibility of documenting, storing and further processing the process- and health-relevant data in accordance with the requirements of DGUV German Social Accident Insurance regulation 109-003 and TRGS German Technical Rule for Hazardous Substances 611.
• Automatically documented values: date and time, refilled quantity, cooling lubricant concentration of refilled quantity
• Additional values that can be documented: pH value, nitrate, nitrite, current concentration before refilling, operator number or machine assignment
• Storage of process-/health-relevant data in CSV format. Output via USB interface.
