Application

Our mixing and dosing systems offer many advantages in daily work. Mobility and a modern control system greatly simplify the mixing and refilling of cooling lubricants. Maximum precision when mixing significantly increases the quality and service life of the machine cooling lubricant, resulting in cost and time savings in production.

Our pro model for large quantities of cooling lubricant. The water supply is provided via an on-site water connection with system separator. The integrated hose reel ensures optimal flexibility. For approx. 200 l of cooling lubricant concentrate in a steel bung drum or plastic drum.

Execution

• Electronic control system with digital setting of the concentration. Quantity preselection and display of the filled quantity. Permanent adjustment of the dosing process possible.
• Digital setting of the concentration, continuously adjustable from 1 % to 9.9 % (series). Precise presetting of the output quantity is possible.
• Automatic tap valve with Venturi shut-off and 2.5 m hose
• Water supply via on-site water connection, 7 m hose reel
• 200 l bung drum
• Output power approx. 22 l/min.
• Output quantity per battery charge approx. 3,000 l
• Rechargeable battery (gel) 12 V/20 Ah
• Stainless steel/steel housing

• The models of the pro series additionally offer the possibility of documenting, storing and further processing the process- and health-relevant data in accordance with the requirements of DGUV German Social Accident Insurance regulation 109-003 and TRGS German Technical Rule for Hazardous Substances 611.
• Automatically documented values: date and time, refilled quantity, cooling lubricant concentration of refilled quantity
• Additional values that can be documented: pH value, nitrate, nitrite, current concentration before refilling, operator number or machine assignment
• Storage of process-/health-relevant data in CSV format. Output via USB interface.
