Counting system consisting of reference scales and quantity weighing platform. Small parts can be weighed using the reference scale. The quantity weighing platform enables very large quantities to be counted in a single step

• The highly accurate KERN CCS counting system does the work of a wide range of individual scales cost-effectively and efficiently
• Reference scales KERN CFS: These professional counting scales, which can also be used individually, also meet the highest demands for accuracy by connecting a high-load weighing bridge
• Programmable via keypad: desired reference quantity, known reference weight
• Three displays for weight display, reference weight, total number of pieces
• Memory (PLU) for 100 items with additional text, reference weight and tare weight e.g. of a container
• Fill-to-target function: Programmable target quantity or target weight. Achievement of the target value is indicated by an acoustic and visual signal
• Accurate counting: automatic reference optimisation gradually improves the average part weight
• KFP KERN quantity scales: Quantity counting is performed with high precision on the weighing platform (= weighing bridge). Even the smallest counting parts can be counted in large quantities
