Execution

• Basic body and bending arm cast and milled from spheroidal graphite iron (no grey cast iron)
• Bending performance with radius jaw: Flat steel 100 x 6 mm or 50 x 12 mm, hot 100 x 12 mm or 60 x 20 mm
• Round steel: 18 mm, hot: 30 mm
• Using the included sharp-edged jaw: sheets up to maximum thickness of 2 mm
• With holes for workbench mounting
• Can be used immediately with basic equipment provided
• Dimensions: 290 x 260 mm (length x width), bending lever: 710 mm, longitudinal stop: 440 mm

Advantage

• The low tare weight of the spheroidal graphite iron still allows optimum bending performance
• Using high-grade steel that has undergone subsequent heat treatment,
• it is possible to keep the dimensions of the bending jaws small.
• Tightest Z and U-bends are therefore possible
