COMBICLICK hard non-woven backing pad CC Ø 125 mm A180M for fine sanding and finishing with angle grinder (2). The COMBICLICK system consists of a specially developed backing pad and a sturdy holder on the back of the tool. With the backing pad, COMBICLICK tools can be used on standard angle grinders. The special geometry of the cooling slots ensures a high air flow rate, which significantly reduces the thermal load on the abrasive and the workpiece. The quick-clamping system, the robust holder, the secure locking of the tool and the integrated cooling system result in an up to 30 % lower workpiece temperature, 25 % higher cutting performance, 30 % longer tool life and better utilization of the abrasive compared to conventional tools. Can be used universally for surface finishing of medium and large areas of metal, e.g. removing pre-grinding marks, removing oxidation and light deburring work. Achieve matt and semi-gloss surfaces.
