COMBIDISC abrasive sheet CDR Ø 38 mm VICTOGRAIN-COOL36 for steel and stainless steel. For highly aggressive sanding with the ultimate removal rate on steel materials, hard and poorly heat-conducting materials with an extremely long service life. Ultimate, constant maximum performance thanks to the VICTOGRAIN abrasive grain. Active abrasive additives in the coating achieve a significantly higher stock removal rate, prevent clogging and result in cooler grinding. The VICTOGRAIN abrasive grains are fixed to the backing with one side of the triangle. As a result, they are particularly firmly bonded and, in combination with the slim shape, offer an extremely large chip space, making the cutting process even more efficient. The structural design of the VICTOGRAIN triangles is also specially adapted. The very small crystals within the triangle offer optimum wear behavior: Very sharp cutting edges are always available, but only a necessary minimum of the abrasive grain/triangle breaks away. The combination of these properties offers the user the ultimate, constant maximum performance with cool grinding and an extremely long tool life with uniform surface roughness of the workpiece. The CDR clamping system has a screw connection with external thread (plastic) on the tool side.
