COMBIDISC mini-fiber disc CDF Ø 75 mm VICTOGRAIN-COOL36 Steel and stainless steel. Excellent for surface and edge sanding. The fiber backing reinforces the abrasive sheet and improves material removal. The VICTOGRAIN abrasive grains are fixed to the backing with one side of the triangle. This binds them particularly tightly and, in combination with the slim shape, provides an extremely large chip space, making the cutting process even more efficient. The structural design of the VICTOGRAIN triangles is also specially adapted. The very small crystals within the triangle offer optimum wear behavior: Very sharp cutting edges are always available, but only a necessary minimum of the abrasive grain/triangle breaks away. The combination of these properties offers the user the ultimate, constant maximum performance with cool grinding and an extremely long tool life with uniform surface roughness of the workpiece. The CD clamping system has a screw connection with an internal thread (metal/plastic) on the tool side.
