POLINOX PNK compact sanding wheels consist of non-woven abrasive material spirally wound around a core and foamed on. The foam supports the fleece and influences its service life and sanding behavior. This special bond produces non-woven wheels with a very good surface finish, high stock removal rate and long service life. These properties are particularly evident when deburring, smoothing, finishing and polishing soft metals, alloyed and high-alloy steels and titanium alloys. The wheels can be used on stationary machines and grinding stands, but also with portable tool drives such as straight grinders.
