STEEL mounted point form A 1 Ø 19x64 mm shank Ø 6.3 mm A30 for steel and cast steel. The STEEL version is the most universal bond for machining steel and cast steel. It is ideal for grinding shaped parts made of high-speed steel (HSS) and for grinding weld seams on steel structures. Series A mounted points are generally used on larger components. The special shapes of Series A mounted points allow grinding in a wide variety of contours. The processing range extends from grinding out slots and grooves in hard-to-reach areas, to processing bores and small openings, through to levelling. The shape A 1 is ideal for machining small openings and bores.
