Diamond fluted file fl. DF 918 150mm D91 (fine) f. compl. geo. hard materials. Diamond files and sheets are used wherever conventional files fail due to the hardness of the material to be processed. Diamond files and sheets are also used for machining hardened steel. The working temperatures are so low that no chemical wear occurs. This means that the higher hardness of the diamond grain can be utilized for a longer service life. Diamond fluted files are used for machining hard-to-reach areas and complex geometries. The coating length is 25 mm on both sides of the file.
