Application

TOPGRIND AC400 is a water-miscible cooling lubricant free from mineral oil, chlorine, nitrite and zinc and mixed with water to produce a transparent, water-clear solution. TOPGRIND AC400 provides excellent corrosion protection, is extremely low-foaming, leaves no adhesive residue and has a very good wetting and rinsing effect. Excellent skin compatability is ensured by the careful selection and combination of ingredients.

• Solution pH value: 8.8
• Refractometer value: 1.9
• Emulsion water hazard class (German): WGK1
• Application concentration: 4-5.5%
• Concentration for cast iron: 3–5%
• Concentration for steel: 3-4%
• Concentration for aluminium: 3–5%
