Application

TOGRIND AS200 is a fully synthetic, boric-acid-free and water-miscible cooling lubricant for grinding. The cooling lubricant stands out for its above-average corrosion protection, leaves absolutely no adhesive residue and has a very good wetting and rinsing effect. The low pH value creates favourable conditions for the skin. TOPGRIND AS200 is free of secondary amines and therefore classified as difficult to nitrosate, and meets the requirements of TRGS 611.

• Concentration for grinding: 4–5%
