Application

TOOLCOOL X7000 is a universal, mineral-oil-containing, water-miscible cooling lubricant, free from boron and formaldehyde. The high-quality emulsifier system, ultra-modern technology and excellent lubricating components enable a wide range of applications. Suitable for light- to heavy-duty machining.

• Fulfils the provisions of Biocidal Products Directive 98/8 EC
• Emulsion water hazard class (German): WGK1
• pH value at 5% concentration: 9.6–9.8
• Refractometer value: 1
• Concentration for general chipping: 5-8%
• Concentration for high-alloy materials: 8-10%
• Concentration for grinding: 5-6 %
