Application

TOOLCOOL X2000 is a bactericide-free, universal mineral-oil-containing and water-miscible cooling lubricant. Ideal for drilling, turning, milling and grinding steel, aluminium and cast iron.

• Fulfils the requirements of TRGS 611
• Emulsion water hazard class (German): WGK1
• pH value at 5% concentration: 9.2
• Refractometer value: 1.1
• Concentration for general chipping: 4-6%
• Concentration for high-alloy materials: 6-10%
• Concentration for grinding: 4–5%
