Electrode milling cutter. Anyone who works with spot welding machines is familiar with the problem of worn electrode tips. Worn electrodes result in faulty spot welds or can be the reason why no welding connection is made at all. The quality and productivity of your work depend on the condition of the electrodes. Worn welding electrodes can of course be replaced with new ones. However, a better solution is to rework the worn electrode tips with Yokota's electrode cutters. Two systems of electrode cutters are available; hand cutters for manual reworking of electrode tips and electrode cutters for spot welding robots. These systems can be integrated into the workflow of a spot welding robot and programmed according to your specified conditions and requirements.
